If you're going to dab around Paul Ryan,Swipe you best not let him catch you.

C-SPAN digital and social media specialist Jeremy Art captured an amazing and telling video of the Speaker of the House laying down the law at the swearing in of the 115th Congress.

During the ceremonial swearing in of Rep. Roger Marshall, a Republican from Kansas, a young man, presumably his son, tried to dab for the pictures -- and no-nonsense Paul Ryan would have absolutely none of it.

"Were you gonna sneeze? Is that it?" he asked the kid while pushing his arm out of prime position, almost robbing him of viral glory.

Later Tuesday, Ryan posted photos from the swearing-in, many featuring kids, fist bumps and handshakes. He insisted, "still don't get what dabbing is, though." But now we know he knows what the move is called. That's a start.

Ryan's admission of ignorance couldn't save Marshall's son, however. The congressman tweeted that he has been grounded since the dabbing incident. Talk about no-nonsense.

Updated at 4:48 p.m. PT to include statements from Speaker Ryan and Rep. Roger Marshall.
